Mia Bianca

The “Mia Bianca” housing project was designed for Elite Group Developer. The color palette of the building volumes was inspired by the name of the Rzeszów district — Biała — where the estate will be located. The surrounding area features a mix of contemporary and traditional architecture. Whether a building contains a single residential unit or multiple apartments, each has its own open space — either spacious gardens or a living area open to a height of 1.5 stories.
