The "House with a Dormer" is a contemporary interpretation of the Modern Barn style house. The clients, who approached us with a picturesque plot located on a southwest-facing slope on the outskirts of Rzeszów, had a clear vision: a Modern Barn–style home — a simple, compact form with a gable roof. Their priority was to capture the most beautiful views offered by the site within the interior of the house. To best integrate the elongated, rectangular volume into the natural terrain, we proposed positioning it parallel to the slope of the hill.
